Machine has no power?
Confirm the power cord is plugged into the outlet. Check whether the outlet is working.
Screen frozen?
Don’t repeatedly unplug and restart the machine unless we ask you to. Please take a picture of the frozen screen and text it or email it to us. We’re glad to help!
Internet/Connectivity issue?
Check whether the building is experiencing an internet outage. No further action is normally required.
